This Act enters into force on 10 May 1994 except for sections 1, 2 and 44 which enter into force on 1 July 1994.
Abstract

This Act, consisting of 44 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, provides for the establishment of the Private Forest Tasmania and defines its composition.
