Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Marketing Act. Section 2 establishes that the Prince Edward Island Marketing Council is continued as a body corporate. The Regulations shall apply, inter alia, to every plan of marketing approved under the Act and to every commodity board constituted, appointed or elected pursuant to the Act. The Council shall have general direction and supervision over the operations of all commodity boards constituted or authorized under the Act. The text consists of 11 sections.
