It clearly stipulates the inspection of imported foods that have been disqualified due to detection of harmful substances. Within two years from the date of disqualification, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety of Korea will conduct precise inspections on all imported foods. When the product name of a wine product includes the year of production or the year of fermentation and maturation, it should be judged whether it is the same imported food of the same company based on the same product name. When the standards and specifications of imported foods violate the Food Sanitation Act or the Health Functional Food Act, etc., the administrative penalty standards shall be adjusted to the same level as the administrative penalty standards in relevant laws and regulations.
