These regulations enters into on 1 February 2015.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 19 sections divided into three Parts and completed by three Schedules, implement the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011. They establish standards applying under meat and poultry food safety scheme to be put on the market; Requirement to be accredited and to prepare and implement a food safety programme; Register of accreditation; etc. Schedules specify fees to be paid according to the activity and related applicable standards.
