Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 29 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, establish a food safety scheme for activities carrying on the businesses of processing and handling meat, and of selling meat (by retail or wholesale). The Regulations provide for the accreditation of persons engaged in meat industry activities and for periodic fees and returns.
