These Regulations prohibit the discharge of sewage from a vessel into a water source, require commercial vessels to install adequate sewage collection facilities, and call for the establishment of adequate reception facilities on the shore. The Regulations set out requirements for collection facilities and require vessels owners and operators to maintain record books with full details on each disposal.
