Group III Substance now means: "(a) any product referred to in subparagraphs (i) and (ii) of paragraph (a) of section 2(1) to which a withdrawal time has been assigned during registration under the laws referred to in those subparagraphs, but excluding any such product which is prohibited or a Group I or Group II Substance; (b) any other product declared as a Group III Substance under that section [2]". Section 2 of the principal Act is amended by redefining the powers of the Minister with respect to prescribing withdrawal times.
