Abstract This Act lays down provisions for the establishment and functions of the Integrity Commission; declaration of assets, income and liabilities in the manner prescribed in Form A of the Second Schedule; powers of the tribunal; corruption offences specified in Part I of the Third Schedule; protection of witnesses; general and special powers of authorized and appointed investigator; and proceedings for offences and penalties. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the National Assembly may, by resolution passed in that behalf, apply this Act to any public servant or any class of public servants.
