Abstract Article 3 sets out the conditions of the offence of corruption. Furthermore, this Act lays down provisions on the offence of corruption in regards to contracts, transactions and involving foreign public officials, and possession of unexplained property; penalties for offences; confiscation of assets; appeals against confiscation orders; restraining orders applied ex parte by the prosecution; and jurisdiction.
