Abstract This Act lays down provisions on offences and penalties with respect to corruption relating to public officers in Part II, and protecting disclosures made by public officials in Part III. The offences are listed in Part II, including but not limited to: offence in relation to acquisition of private interest in contract, agreement or investment of public body; offering any gratification to a public officer as an inducement or reward; and accepting, offering or soliciting gratification by the public officer.
