Abstract: This Ordinance prescribes that the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea as amended by a resolution of the Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organization and set out in the First Schedule to this Ordinance shall apply with respect to Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands.
