Abstract

This Chapter of the Michigan Compiled Laws, known as Prevention and Abatement of Water Pollution Act, authorizes public corporations to accept grants and other aid from the United States government or any agency thereof and from industries for the construction of public improvements the purpose of which is to aid in the prevention and abatement of water pollution and in furtherance of such purpose to authorize public corporations to enter into contracts with industries covering the use, operation and coordination of sewage collection, treatment and/or disposal facilities.
