Abstract This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with the establishment of the aforementioned Council and define competencies in particular: to lay down plans and strategies for pacific uses of the nuclear energy; to approve projects related to pacific uses of the nuclear energy; to manage political negotiations related to the international cooperation in pacific nuclear activities; to study conventions and agreements concluded with the International Atomic Energy Agency and bilateral agreements; to adopt safety and security programs of nuclear facilities and installations and reduce the negative impacts on the environment; and, to issue resolutions concerning the establishment and restructure of authorities operating in nuclear activities.
