Abstract This Presidential Regulation establishes a Task Force to define measures to fight against Illegal Fishing. This integrated Task Force for the Eradication of Illegal Fishing has been established under the direct responsibility of the President. In carrying out its duties, the Task Force is authorized to: define targets for law enforcement operations in order to eradicate illegal fishing; collect data and information with related institutions. The general guidelines for conducting operations are: the Task Force elements were handed over by several ministerial institutions to monitor illegal fishing operations; the Task Force Commander is the only authority and has the authority to carry out the control of the Task Force elements, and each of these elements is obliged to report the implementation of their duties to the Task Force Commander; the Head and Deputy Chief Executive conduct supervision over the operations carried out by the Joint Team and report it to the Task Force Commander; the determination of electronic equipment to monitor and identify objects at sea level is determined by the Task Force Commander, etc. Full text Indonesian Website kkp.go.id
