The following relevant terms are defined: food, as any product from biological sources of agricultural, forestry, fisheries, animal husbandry, waters, and water, both processed or unprocessed, intended for human consumption, including food additives, food raw materials, and other materials used in its preparation, processing, and/or manufacture; staple food; government food reserve; food shortage; food aid; food problem and crisis; State-owned enterprises in the food sector.
