According to the Regulation, the National Sustainable Development Goals serve as guidelines for National and local institutions and for philanthropies, enterprises, academics, and other stakeholders to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the National and Subnational Action Plans. The Regulation defines powers and responsibilities of the Minister of National Development Planning concerning the implementation of the Plans, including the appointment of a coordination team and panels of experts; sources of Sustainable Development Goals funding.
