The Regulation concerns the following matters under the Agency’s responsibility: drugs, medicinal substances, narcotics, psychotropics, addictive substances, traditional medicines, health supplements, cosmetics, and processed food; and the tasks of the Agency: preparation and implementation of national Policies, norms, standards and procedures in the field of drug and food control; implementation of supervision before and during transport and circulation of drug and food; implementation of technical guidance and supervision in the field of drug and food control; issuance of permits; conducting of investigations.
