The Regulation classifies: closed and open business fields in relation to certain investment activities; business fields reserved for micro, small, medium enterprises and cooperatives. Matters covered by this Regulation include: issuance of business permits; definition of limits on capital ownership of foreign investors; obligations of investors to comply with the provisions and conditions for carrying out business activities issued by the institutions.
