The Regulation covers the following matters: encouraging investment of business entities in infrastructure preparation; risk control and management; types of infrastructure, including: water resources and irrigation infrastructure, drinking water infrastructure, centralised and local wastewater management system, waste management system, energy conservation infrastructure, oil and gas supply network and renewable energies distribution, tourism. The Regulation concerns: responsible cooperation project; land procurement; return and compensation on business investment; government support and guarantees; financing measures.
