Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to obtain land for public interest by means of giving compensation to the party releasing or giving up land, or by revocation of land title. Public interests realized by the government are listed in article 5. A Jakarta Provincial Land Provision Committee shall be established by the Governor and shall be responsible for assignments specified in article 7. Articles 8 to 19 deal with matters related to deliberation and compensation for land.
