Abstract This Order prohibits, within the entire national territory, shellfish fishing with the so-called "argaleios" fishing gear for the period of time starting the 1st of June until the 30th of September on a year basis. In particular, closed seasons are set for two shellfish species: for the "Ostrea Edulis" specie (commonly called oyster) the closed season starts on the 15th of April until the 15th of October annually. In like manner, for the "Chlamis Sp." specie, the closed season starts on the 15th of April until the 15th of January of each year. Full text Greek
