Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force as from 1 January 1981 except for the provisions of article 14 (offences and penalties) which shall enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

Aim of this Order is the harmonization of the Greek legislative framework with Council Directive No. 73/241/EEC which makes provisions in matter of processing and placing on the market of cocoa and chocolate products. Such products may be marketed only if they conform to the definitions and rules laid down in this Order.
