Abstract With this Order, fishing (during the period starting from 1st September up to 31st December annually) and placing on the market of lobster of the species "Palinurus Elephas" and "Homarus Gamarus" is prohibited in the entire national territory. Fishing and selling of lobsters belonging in the aforementioned species and weighting less than 420 gr. is strictly prohibited. In case in which such lobsters are carrying eggs they must be immediately set at liberty, even though the catch has taken place off the period of fishing restriction provided for by this Order.
