Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force as from the date of publication in the Official Gazette except a) para.4 of article 4 and commas a and b of article 8 which enter into force after one year; b) article 12 which enters into force after six months.
Abstract

This Order sets forth basic guidelines for the use of seventeen (17) types of fishing gears within the marine areas of the gulfs of Thessaloniki and Thermaikos. It also regulates fishing gear marking, sport fishing and fishing of molluscs within these fishing areas.
