Abstract With the present Order are set forth the sanitary conditions for foodstuffs of animal origin to be distributed for consumption on means of transport. For the aims of this Order as foodstuffs are considered those of animal origin that are stored in the hinterland under special customs arrangement or are transiting through from the Greek territory with exclusive destination the catering of means of transport (ships or airplanes).
