This Presidential Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Order authorizes the admission, on an exceptional basis, of 250 former military personnel to the staff of the National Institute of Biodiversity and Conservation Areas (INBAC). In addition, it authorizes the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Environment, with the power to subdelegate, to sign the admission orders and procedures that are necessary for the quick placement of said personnel in order to guarantee security, controls and patrolling in all areas of environmental conservation.
