Abstract This Order, consisting of three articles, sets forth the hygiene and sanitary conditions for foodstuffs of animal origin catered on means of transport. For the aims of this Order, as foodstuffs are intended the foodstuffs of animal origin that are stored in the hinterland under special customs custody or are in transit through the Greek territory with exclusive destination the catering of means of transport (boats and/or aircrafts) and that are controlled by the competent veterinary services and the custom authorities. The sanitary measures are extensively described in article 2. Article 3 sets forth a list of repealed provisions.
