Abstract This Presidential Instruction provides for the increase in farmers' income, the enhancement of food security and the promotion of the rural economy. It provides support for the increase in paddy productivity, quality of paddy and national paddy production, including exploitation of land and water resources, in order to raise farmers' income. To enhance the quality of rice and reduce the lost output the Government shall develop a post-unhusked rice/rice harvest management. Quality requirements for the purchasing price of harvested dry unhusked rice, milled dry unhusked rice and rice are listed in the fourth provision. Full text English
