Red Book shall be an integral part of the State Register of wild flora and fauna. Species recorded in the Red Book shall be subject to special protection throughout the national territory. The Red Book shall contain the following information on recorded species: (a) Latin, Turkmen and Russian name; (b) status (endangered, reduced, rare, uncertain, reproduced); (c) description; (d) distribution on the territory, including a map; (e) number and population trend; (f) limiting factors; (g) possibility of captive breeding; (h) importance for the conservation of genetic resources; (i) protective measures undertaken; and (j) sources of information.
