Abstract The President, to ensure strict observance of land reform legislation, charges the public with: (a) enforcing agricultural reform legislation; (b) systematic monitoring of areas under crops; (c) preventing violations of the legislation on allotments of agricultural land to farmers and agricultural cooperatives; (d) constant supervision over land use; (e) ensuring the rational use of land, soil conservation and observance of ecological requirements; and (f) preventing offences in the agriculture sector.
