Abstract President decrees to validate the Regulation. State Committee is central executive body with special status which activity is guided and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers. State Committee is entitled to carry out within its sphere of competence the realization state policy in the sphere of use of nuclear energy and ensuring the observation of the requirements of nuclear security. The main tasks of the State Committee are: 1. participation in formation and ensuring realization of state policy in the sphere of use of nuclear energy and ensuring the observation of the requirements of nuclear security; 2. assistance within the sphere of its competence to state regulation of safe use of nuclear energy and radiation safety, observation of the requirements of nuclear and radiation safety; 3. assistance to state survey over the observance of the legislation, regulations and standards on the use of nuclear energy, requirements of nuclear and radiation safety; 4. coordination of activity of central and local executive bodies as regards implementation of state regulation of nuclear and radiation safety.
