Abstract

The President, in order to introduce new mechanisms for state control over the use of fuel and energy resources, further wider use of digitalization in the field, decrees to determine the priority areas of state control over the use of fuel and energy resources as follows: (a) prevention and suppression of cases of illegal use and theft of fuel and energy resources, ensuring the inevitability of liability of persons who violated the requirements of the law by strengthening state control in this direction; (b) full implementation of the "digital energy control" system in the process of production (extraction), processing, transfer (transportation), storage, distribution and consumption of fuel and energy resources, as well as their quantitative conservation; (c) ensuring the timely and complete implementation of legislative acts, measures defined in programs and projects in the fuel and energy industry, the formation of a unified law enforcement practice in the field; (d) continuous study of the consumption and quality of fuel and energy resources, verification of the suitability of devices; and (e) establishment of daily control over strict compliance with the established requirements for the consumption of fuel and energy resources.
