Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Decree aims to increase the role of individual producers of agricultural commodities in food security and to protect their legal rights and interests, and to facilitate the efficient functioning of personal subsidiary small-holding and peasant households. It mandates: (a) the guaranteed right to autonomous manufacturing and trade of agricultural commodities; (b) incentives to the best producers of agricultural commodities for rational and efficient land use by increasing allotments from 0,25 to 0,35 hectares of irrigated land and from 0,5 to 1 hectares of bogharic land.
