Abstract The President, for the purpose of ensuring timely settlement of payments for agricultural commodities delivered by agricultural for public needs, decrees to set up Special fund for settlement of payments for agricultural commodities. The Fund shall carry out the following tasks: (a) timely financing for settlement of payments for cotton, grain and rice delivered for public needs; and (b) supervision over purposeful use of finances destined for payment for agricultural commodities purchased for public needs. The sources of the formation of the Fund shall be: (a) advance payments for export of textile plants (cotton); (b) credits; and (c) other extrabudgetary funds.
