Abstract

The President establishes that beginning from 1 May 2007 vending of liquors shall be carried out by legal persons through specialized shops or trading floors (salesrooms) in accordance with special permits for trade of liquors issued by special commissions subordinated to the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic of Karakalpakstan, regional executive bodies and mayor’s office of Tashkent. Special permits for trade of liquors shall be issued separately for each vending stand for the period of maximum 2 years. The applicant (legal person) shall submit: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration; and (c) copies of documents attesting availability of stationary vending stand (shop, salesroom), availability of equipment and storage facilities complying with sanitary and hygienic requirements. Annex 4 contains the form of special permit for trade of liquors. Vending stands shall have product certificate and must show it at request of the customers. Vending of products without compliance certificate or with expired date of consumption shall be prohibited.
