Abstract The President, in order to further increase the potential of the country in the sphere of processing of agricultural commodities production development, processing, standardization of consulting and marketing services related to agribusiness with a view of full compliance thereof with ongoing reforms and the requirements based on scientific research of systems of intensive agribusiness, further development of investment attractiveness of food processing industry and introduction of modern technologies in the field of agriculture, decrees to entitle the Ministry of Agriculture with the following tasks: (a) creating an efficient infrastructure for storage and processing of crops in order to stimulate the creation of a chain of high added values in the agricultural sector; (b) formation on a systematic basis of modern agrologistic complexes and centers, rendering services for storage, processing, packaging and delivery of products to the domestic and foreign markets; (c) established of companies for location, construction and management of agrologistic complexes and centers; (d) establishment of services of laboratories, customs terminals, and other services, which allow to conduct full-scale testing of indicators of quality and safety of food in agrologistic complexes and centers based on international requirements with a large-scale involvement of the private sector; and (e) deep processing and increase in export volumes of agricultural commodities with the involvement of cooperatives, dehkan (peasant) farms and farmers, agro-clusters and agricultural associations in the activities of agrologistic complexes and centers.
