This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Decree approves the Commercial Agreement for the Implementation of the Modernization Project of the National Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (INAMET). The Decree approves the above mentioned Agreement INAMET and authorizes the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology to sign it, which shall implement a Strategic Development Plan (PDE) aimed at strengthening INAMET's service capacity to meet the growing needs of the general public, as well as meeting the expectations of Angola's main economic sectors, such as aviation, oil and gas, agriculture, transport and civil security. Under the terms of the provisions of this Agreement MFI shall provide the Equipment and Software, provide the Civil Construction Works and provide the services that meet the requirements stipulated in the Contract. The CLIENT agrees to purchase and pay, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, the Contracted Works, at the total Contractual Price agreed in article 8, "Price and Payment Conditions". The contracted Works assume the subproject form, belonging to one of the following categories: Observation systems; Information systems; Application projects; Cross-cutting services; Infrastructure.
