Entry into force notes
This Presidential Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the National Institute of Territorial Planning and Urban Development (INOTU). This Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters divided into 23 articles and completed by four Annexes, establishes the composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institution of the Economic and Productive Sector. The Institute shall be responsible for ensuring the execution of the national policy related to territorial and urban planning, for the licensing and supervision of enterprises engaged in the fields of territorial planning and urbanism.
