Abstract This Presidential Decree declares the State of Emergency, throughout the national territory, with a duration of 15 days, starting on 27 March 2020 and ending on 10 May 2020, extended by Presidential Decree No. 120/20 of 24 April, based on the fact that the Republic of Angola is currently experiencing a situation of public emergency. In the implementation of the State of Emergency, the exercise of the following rights is partially suspended for the period established in this Decree: residence, movement and migration to any part of the national and from international territory; property and private economic initiative; general labour rights; strike, meeting and demonstration; freedom of worship, in its collective dimension, etc. Full text Portuguese Website www.legis-palop.org
