This Document is valid until the completion of the review and extension of the National Long-Term Development Strategy with the final approval by the Government.
Abstract

This Presidential Decree approves the governing Model for the reviewing process of the Long-Term National Development Strategy (ELP Angola-2025). This Model, consisting of 12 articles divided into three Chapters and two Annexes, creates the Technical Support Unit for the Review of ELP Angola 2025 and its extension until 2050 (UTA-ELP), as an ad hoc technical support body to the Ministry of Economy and Planning, establishing new composition, duties and responsibilities of related entities. Considering that the Strategy Angola 2025 is a long-term planning instrument, containing the global vision for Angola, its role at international level and its priorities for development and the need to define the process of revision and extension of the National Long-Term Development Strategy, with the executive coordination of the Ministry of Economy and Planning, and involving all the member bodies, under the terms of Law No. 1/11 of 14 January 2011. The process of revising the ANGOLA-2025 Strategy aims to extend the Strategy up to 2050.
