This Decree enters into force on the day it is published.
Abstract

This Decree sets out provisions on permissible sound limits and vibration limits. This Decree includes schemes showing (i) permissible limits of sound pressure, equivalent energy of sound and maximum permissible noise limits in residential areas, (ii) permissible indoor vibration limits, (iii) permissible indoor levels of vibration velocity and (iv) permissible indoor levels of vibration displacement.
