Abstract This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Institute for Touristic Promotion of Angola (INFOTUR). This Statute, consisting of 25 articles divided into five Chapters and three Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Institute, entitled to perform the following activities: plan, formulate and implement the State's policy and strategy in relation to the promotion of domestic tourism, the commercial promotion of products, services and the image of the country, nationally and internationally as a brand and tourist destination, the execution of actions attracting investments capable of fostering the national hotel and tourist offer and supporting their qualification and development, as well as coordinating and executing the sector's professional technical training policy.
