Abstract

For the purpose of regulating the issues of expropriation and allotment of the plots of land the President establishes that expropriation and allotment of agricultural land, land of protected areas, and forest estate land for the purpose not related to the purposeful use of the aforesaid categories of land shall be the competence of the President.
