Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary rules to be applied to intra-Community exchanges and to imports from third countries of fresh poultry meat. To these ends, Title II of the Decree is devoted to the conditions and requirements for intra-Community exchanges, with respect to farms, slaughtering methods, marking of the meat, sanitary certificate, etc.); Title III states rules for the import of fresh meat from third countries.
