Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of re-distribution of highly productive agricultural land related to the reduction of drained and irrigated land, arable land and declassification thereof. Reduction of highly productive agricultural land areas shall be authorized exclusively because of natural disasters, hazardous environmental impact and breakage of drainage and irrigation systems. If there are grounds for the reduction or declassification of highly productive agricultural land the local executive body must make a land use planning file within a month that shall contain the following documentation: (a) application of the landowner; (b) land assessment statement; (c) mapping of the plot of land; (d) explanatory note.
