In the former case the Decree provides for the surveillance of the farm, including, inter alia, the official census and the epidemiological survey. In the latter case the Decree establishes the slaughtering of the infected animals, the compulsory vaccination of the remaining animals, the epidemiological survey and other quarantine measures.
