Abstract The scope of this Presidential Decree shall be to prevent dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena and disasters and provision with hydrometeorological information. It establishes terms and conditions for carrying out activities related to active impact upon meteorological and other geophysical processes, and also the issuance of permits for carrying out the aforesaid activities to the authorized organizations. The Government shall be authorized to involve also international organizations in the aforesaid activities. Relations between the state and the organizations authorized to carry out active impact upon meteorological and other geophysical processes shall be regulated on contractual basis. All issued permits for carrying out activities related to active impact upon meteorological and other geophysical processes shall be registered in log file. The authorize organization shall supply information and data subject to registration in log file.
