Abstract The President establishes that the amount of compensation for damages caused to the environment, including accidental pollution, shall be determined in accordance with rates set in the Annexes 1-8. In case of atmospheric pollution through emissions due to violation of the environmental rules and regulations, multiplicators in accordance with the Annex 9 shall be applicable depending upon the number of residents in the emission area. In case of land degradation shall applicable multiplicators in accordance with the Annex 10. In case of lack of set rates of environmental fees for compensation of damages caused to environment the person responsible for environmental pollution shall pay actual costs for environmental rehabilitation.
