Entry into force notes: Article 4 to this Decree sets out specific dates for entry into force (all in 2013) per each active substance.

Abstract: This Decree comes for with the aim to give effect to a number of EU Directives to include certain active substances to Annex I of Directive 98/8/EC, which has been incorporated into the Greek legislative framework with Presidential Decree No. 205/2001. More specifically the Commission Directives concerned are the following: 2011/10/EU, 2011/11/EU, 2011/12/EU, 2011/13/EU, 2011/66/EU, 2011/67/EU, 2011/69/EU, 2011/71/EU, 2011/78/EU, 2011/79/EU, 2011/80/EU and 2011/81/EU. The text set out in Article 2 to the present Decree is added to Annex I (article 30) to Presidential Decree No. 205/2001. Also, the table contained in article 3 to this Decree is added to Annex IA of Presidential Decree No. 205/2001.
