The Decree shall enter into force as from 1 January 2000.
Abstract

The Decree comes forth with the aim of amending the trading rules as applied to third countries by introducing supplementary rules for imports of poultry and hatching eggs and providing animal health guarantees at those rules laid down in chapter II of Presidential Decree No. 211, in accordance with Council Directive 1999/90/EC and in implementation of Commission Decision 2000/505/EC (article 1) which amends Annex IV to Council Directive 90/539/EEC. Furthermore it contain provisions for the establishment of quarantine measures.
